Yesterday(April 15, Wednesday)*, the Government of the Republic of Korea completed the full recovery of approximately KRW 9.6 billion (USD 6.50 million) in costs incurred in the investor–state dispute settlement (ISDS) proceedings, with payment received in full from Schindler.
