About Juvenile Protection and Classification Review System
- Juvenile Protection: A system to accommodate juveniles aged 10 years or older and less than 19 years who have been entrusted or sent by the juvenile division of a family (district) court, help them grow into healthy adolescents, and support their stable reentry into society by providing curricular education, vocational training, character-building education, and medical rehabilitation service
- Classification Review: A system to accommodate entrusted and detained juveniles, scientifically analyze the causes of their delinquency and qualities, and provide the results for investigation and hearing at court, and also suggest direction for guidance and treatment guidelines to the guardians, juvenile detention centers, and probation offices
