To perform campaign and promotional activities designed to the needs of the people through participation of citizens who place importance on the value of public interest and consideration
To increase public awareness surrounding the necessity law-and-order, promote the practice of consideration for others in daily life, and thus prepare a foundation for spreading a culture of compliance

Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design	Crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED) project promoted through cooperation with the private sector and local governments in order to resolve social fear of crimes and create a safe local society (Crime Prevention Consulting) Interview with and data collection from local residents, basic design for physical improvement of the environment, establishment of mid- to long-term crime prevention plan (Program to Strengthen Residents’ Capabilities) Organization and operation of local resident communities, campaign to establish regional basic law-and-order, educational program for improvement of legal consciousness
Justice Supporters	Campaign to spread a culture of compliance using online-based activities by the citizen participation, increasing public value and citizenship, continuously publicizing crime prevention policies
Campaign for the Observance of Law and Order	Producing P.R. materials on law-and-order for a culture of respecting law-and-order, broadcasting public advertisement for improving citizenship and crime prevention Public advertisements on observance of basic order and prevention of digital-sexual crime, voice phishing, and violence, etc. through YouTube, radio, and subway announcement
